"Protecting the Constitution: A Sacred Trust and Civic Duty
The defense of the United States Constitution is not merely a task for government officials; it is a fundamental duty and responsibility of every American citizen. This vigilance is the price of liberty, a lesson tragically illuminated by those who have fought to preserve it.
The Cost of Freedom: A Legacy of Vigilance
I was profoundly moved when my wife’s grandfather, World War II veteran John C. Konior, shared his experience walking through war-torn Europe. His vivid descriptions of the devastation—the pervasive smell of death and the contorted bodies—underscored a solemn truth. He impressed upon me the paramount importance of the U.S. Constitution and the necessity of protecting it, even at the cost of one's life, for all generations to come.
"What he saw was the price of freedom and it was a very, very high price paid."
He left me with a mandate: Never shy away from defending the Constitution, never back down from doing the right thing, and uphold integrity and truth—a promise I carry with me daily.
Accountability and the Oath of Public Service
The responsibility to uphold the Constitution extends to every branch of government and every public servant. This is explicitly embodied in the oath sworn by law enforcement officers—including deputies of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, namely Deputy Desirae Krouse, Deputy Demetrios Antoniades, Deputy Todd Farrell, Deputy Natalie Niemann and Professional Standards -Internal Affairs investigator Master Sergeant Belinda Denbigh—to "support and defend the Constitution" as a lifetime commitment.
This oath is a promise to:
• Constitutional Allegiance: Support and defend the U.S. and Florida Constitutions.
• Faithful and Impartial Duty: Perform duties with honesty, fairness, and without prejudice.
• Public Trust and Integrity: Serve the community honorably, ethically, and safeguard the rights of all citizens.
The Erosion of Trust
When Hillsborough County deputies; Deputy Desirae Krouse, Deputy Demetrios Antoniades, Deputy Todd Farrell, and Deputy Natalie Niemann betrayed this oath by lying under penalty of perjury over a traffic citation, followed by an internal cover-up by the professional standards division, it signifies a serious lapse in accountability and a profound betrayal of the public trust. See Audio recordings of the Internal Affairs interviews.
Such actions raise grave concerns about transparency and whether more serious allegations have been obscured. Lying in the face of clear video evidence severely damages the crucial bond between law enforcement and the community they serve.
🛡️ We Are the Guardians and Defenders of the Constitution
Every American citizen must protect fundamental human rights and stand up for freedom. As S. C. Paizes, American Citizen, Patriot and Defender of the United States Constitution, I am committed to revealing the facts of this matter, causing accountability and having the lying deputies decertified so they never have the chance to lie while in uniform again.
My purpose is clear:
To force accountability and transparency from the Hillsborough County Sheriff and his command staff for their failures and betrayal of the oath. Constant vigilance and uncompromising integrity are the only ways to safeguard our constitutional liberties.
We shall see if Deputy Desirae Krouse, Deputy Demetrios Antoniades, Deputy Todd Farrell, Deputy Natalie Niemann and Professional Standards -Internal Affairs investigator Master Sergeant Belinda Denbigh are investigated and held accountable for their roles in this debacle."
