DESIRAE KROUSE POLICY VIOLATION
Colonel Nikki Bosley was the Captain (now a Colonel) that signed off on the botched investigation and cover up at the Professional Standards Bureau that investigated deputy Desirae Krouse. Note the signature on the bottom of the document above. "If this is how they handle a bogus traffic citation and the subsequent perjury, how do they conduct themselves with serious crimes or other police misconduct?"
